With our space came this cool sign! No one seems to know much about B& W Pizza. Our landlord told us that it was somewhere near the northeast corner of the Square. A quick Google search finds two B & W Pizza shops, one in Ohio and the other in British Columbia. I wonder if they had a licensing agreement with Hanna-Barbera for Yogi’s image.
At Frost on the Punkin’, our annual Halloween celebration, the famous Punkin’ Holler Boys will play with Yogi as their backdrop.

Wanted to let you know that I have a little bit of background info on the B&W Pizza
place in Noblesville. Checking the city directories, it started sometime between
1961 and 1965. In ’65, it was at 660 Conner Street, (where the Judicial Center is
now), and the manager was F. G. Forth. In 1968, it was at 172 North Ninth Street –
the Diana Theater – and the manager was Florence Brooks. Sometime between 1971 and
1973, it moved to what is now the coffee shop building at 933 or 939 Logan Street,
(the numbers vary in the directories), and by 1976, the manager was Ernest Mallott.
It was there until at least 1984 and was gone in 1987. I don’t have any info on the
managers – they don’t even seem to be in the directories. I’ll bet I can find more
info in the yearbooks. Let me know if you’re interested in this.
Thanks David…We want to know more!
